RETURNS

Mimi Swimwear understands that sometimes things don't work out so we offer a 7 day return policy for any items you may wish to get a refund for that are in original condition.  Simply contact us at info@mimiswimwear.com within 7 days of package delivery to initate refund request and receive a Return Authorization.  We do not cover the cost of shipping items back to us and recommend you use a trackable/insured shipping service as we are not liable for any lost packages.  Return packages must be shipped back to us within 7 days of return authorization.  You will be refunded the amount of your order minus the original shipping paid.  Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return payment.  

All items requested for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original hangtags and with hygienic sticker attached and untampered with.  Mimi Swimwear reserves the right to refuse returns for any items that do not meet our return requirements or have been inspected to be worn, stained, washed, or altered in any way.  Please be mindful of makeup, tanning oils, deoderants, etc when trying on. 

We do not offer exchanges, please return your item and place a new order.

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns.
